I mix design thinking, systems thinking and a good read on people to get a group past the polite version of a conversation and into the real one. I've done this in innovation sprints, transformation projects, with sustainability teams and risk committees trying to figure out what's next. I work in more than one language, across cultures, and yes, I'm actually certified in LEGO Serious Play. It's better than it sounds. Mostly, I just like finding out what a group is really trying to say.
